* Free Site Survey is a service where our team of SolExperts visit the customer's premises, perform a detailed survey of the viability of installation, understand the customer's requirements and explain the technicalities to the customer. The customer is required to pay an upfront survey charge, which is adjusted in the total cost of project, if the customer decides to get the system installed. (Please refer to the schedule of charges for more details on the charges.)

* Autonomy of the system depends upon the installed battery capacity, available sunlight hours, and connected load. The higher the connected load, the lower is the battery backup availability and autonomy period. Similarly the lower the available sunlight hours, the lower is the autonomy availability, if the system is not connected to the mains grid. Sunlight hours is the time period of the day during which the solar panels can produce usable amount of electricity. This is considered to be between 10:00 am to 03:00 pm for the majority of northern and central India. For other areas, sunlight hours can highly vary depending upon their latitude and longitude, month of the year.
